Serves: 8 Print this Recipe2 cups rich milk 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 6 egg yolk 2 cups whipping cream 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla Combine milk, sugar, salt, and egg yolks; cook to soft custard consistency.
