Egg Nog Ice Cream
Serves: 8

2 cups rich milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 egg yolk
2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons
vanilla
Combine milk, sugar, salt, and egg yolks; cook to soft custard consistency. Whip cream until almost stiff and add to mixture. Add nutmeg and vanilla. Freeze.
