	Brown Sugar Frosting

Serves: 13

   3/4 cup brown sugar
   3 tablespoons water
   1/3 cup dark corn syrup
   3 egg whites
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine brown sugar, water, and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Cook until mixture spins a thread when tested (about 240°F). Meanwhile beat eggs until stiff. Pour hot syrup slowly over egg whites, beating at high speed until frosting holds its shape. Add vanilla.
