Serves: 12

   1/3 cup butter
   1 cup dark brown sugar
   1 teaspoon cinnamon
   1/2 teaspoon cloves
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   1 egg
   1 cup raisins
   1 cup applesauce
   1/2 cup nuts
   2 cups flour
   1 teaspoon soda
