Mix ham, pork, eggs, cornflake crumbs, and milk; shape into small loaves, using about a rounded 1/2 cup meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, on a greased jellyroll pan at 325° for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Combine with remaining sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook several minutes. Baste ham loaves with Raisin Sauce; reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes. (For a family-size ham loaf, use half of ingredients. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2–2 hours.) You can prepare ahead and bake just before serving.
