Wheatgrass Jolt |

If you are looking for a special juice to get you going in the morning--or any time of the day--this is the one for you.
4 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1 stalk celery, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1 cup red leaf lettuce
8 sprigs parsley
1 to 2 ounces wheatgrass
Alternate adding the carrots, celery, lettuce, parsley, and wheatgrass to the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and garnish with a sprig of parsley, if desired.
