Wheatgrass - The Champion of Breakfasts |

This medley of wheatgrass and other healthful ingredients is definitely a gold medal winner.
4 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1 apple, cut into eighths
2 stalks celery, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1/2 small sweet potato, halved
8 sprigs parsley
1 to 2 ounces wheatgrass
Alternate adding the carrots, apple, celery, sweet potato, parsley, and wheatgrass to the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into two glasses, and garnish each with a sprig of parsley, if desired.
