The spinach and wheatgrass in this juice really pack a punch!
1/2 cup packed spinach
3 asparagus spears, halved
2 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1 stalk celery, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1 to 2 ounces wheatgrass
1 plum tomato, halved
Alternate adding half the spinach, asparagus, carrots, celery, and wheatgrass to the juicer, then the tomato, followed by the remaining half of the ingredients; process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and garnish with a celery stalk with leaves, if desired.
