To Bee or Not to Bee |

Print this Recipe
This is a simple question to answer after one sip of this energizing juice.
1/2 small beet with top
2 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
2 stalks celery, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1 tablespoon bee pollen, or according to specific brand label recommendations
Alternate adding the beet, carrots, and celery to the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and add the bee pollen. Mix well. Garnish with a celery stalk with leaves, if desired.
