Don’t let a cold get you down. Drink this vitamin C-packed juice and get feeling good again.
4 limes, peeled and halved
1 cup sparkling mineral water
2 tablespoons superfine sugar, or to taste
1 tablespoon vitamin C powder, or according to specific brand label recommendations
Place the limes in the juicer, and process until juiced. Transfer the juice to a blender (or covered shaker); add the water, sugar, and vitamin C powder, and mix until well blended. Pour the juice into a glass, and garnish the rim with a slice of lime, if desired.
