There will be no forgetting after a glassful of this gingko-fortified strawberry sensation.
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 tangerine, peeled and segmented
1 small lime, peeled and halved
1/3 cup sparkling apple cider
1 to 2 teaspoons superfine sugar, or to taste
Gingko biloba, as desired or according to specific brand label recommendations
Place the strawberries, raspberries, tangerine, and lime in the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and add the apple cider, sugar, and gingko. Mix well. Garnish with Berries on a Skewer (see Garnishes with a Twist), if desired.
