With citrus plus added vitamin C, you’ll be in antioxidant heaven with this stimulating juice.
1 lemon, peeled and halved
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 1/2 cups cubed fresh pineapples
2 teaspoons superfine sugar, or to taste
2 tablespoons vitamin C powder, or according to specific brand label recommendations
Alternate adding the lemon, orange, and pineapple to the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and add the sugar and vitamin C powder. Mix well. Garnish the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon, if desired.
