Arrange cake cubes in a 2-quart baking dish set aside. Combine gelatin mix and water in a mixing bowl, stirring to dissolve. Fold in strawberries and whipped topping pour over cake. Refrigerate until set.
TIP: Before cubing angel food cake, freeze and then partially thaw it. Less crumbs and more to enjoy!
