1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup green onions sliced
1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar or to taste
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon thyme dried, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice fresh or to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Place all ingredients in a blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process until uniform. Cover and chill.
