1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon onions grated
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon italian seasoning dried crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Milk (optional)
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise. Parmesan cheese, vinegar, onion, sugar, herb seasoning, salt, garlic powder and pepper until blended. Cover and chill for 2 hours to develop flavor.
Thin with milk to desired consistency. Serve over mixed greens and vegetables.
