1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white wine or cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onions grated
Place oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, celery salt, dry mustard, paprika and grated onion in a blender container. Cover and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Serve or cover and chill to develop flavor.
About 30 minutes before using, remove from refrigerator. Shake well. Serve over green or vegetable salads, or fruit salads, especially citrus fruits or avocados.
