1 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs hard-cooked, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts chopped (optional)
3 tablespoons whipped cream or milk
2 tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
2 tablespoons pimiento diced
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon onions finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a medium bowl, stir mayonnaise, eggs, walnuts, cream or milk, green pepper, pimiento, chili sauce, onion, lemon juice, sugar. Worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika until blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours to develop flavor.
Serve over Cobb Salad cottage cheese, iceberg lettuce wedges or sliced tomatoes.
