1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dried parsley packed
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon green onions chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Place mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, vinegar, sugar, green onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender container. Cover and blend at medium speed for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth and pale green. Cover and chill for 2 hours to develop flavor.
Serve over Surf Salad salmon salad or a cold vegetable platter.
