2 eggs yolk
2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
1 teaspoon dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 or 4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Place egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce in a blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process until uniform. Add oil by drops until sauce begins to thicken, then slowly pour remaining oil into mixture while machine is running. Taste and adjust for seasonings. Cover and chill.
