1 cup avocados mashed ripe (about 2 small)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Milk
In a small mixer bowl, beat together avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder, sugar and salt until smooth. Thin with milk to desired consistency. Use immediately. Unused dressing can be covered and refrigerated, but is best used within 24 hour.
