1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil or combination
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon italian seasoning dried crushed
1 tablespoon parsley minced fresh
1 tablespoon water
1 garlic small, crushed
Place all ingredients except garlic in a blender container; cover. Blend until uniform. Pour into a jar and add garlic. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Remove garlic if a milder flavor is desired.
