This is the best Potato Frankfurters recipe on the web!!_ hot dogs or frankfurters _ cups potatoes, mashed _ tablespoons onions grated Salt Black pepper _ cup cheddar cheese, shredded _ tablespoon parsley chopped Prepare mashed potatoes, or instant mashed potatoes as directed on package; add onions; salt and pepper to taste. Cut frankfurters almost in half lengthwise; spread open. Spoon mashed potatoes on cut surfaces of frankfurters.
