Lunch Kabobs

Items such as pickled onions, chunk pickles, cherry tomatoes, pitted ripe or stuffed green olives can be used.


   ___ 12-ounce can luncheon meats
   _ 8-ounce can pineapple chunks
   ___ green bell pepper, seeded
   ___ pound cheddar cheese, cubed


Cut luncheon meat into 3/4-inch cubes (1 5-ounce can Vienna sausages may be substituted, cut in half). Thread meat, pineapple, green pepper cut into 3/4-inch cubes, and cheese (Swiss, Monterey Jack, or other hard cheese may be substituted, cut in 1 inch cubes) alternately onto wooden skewers or round toothpicks. Serve with bread and butter sandwiches.
