_ 12-ounce can pork luncheon meat
_ teaspoons dijon style mustard
_ 9-ounce can fresh pineapples, drained and sliced
Cloves (optional)
_ tablespoons brown sugar
Leaving luncheon meat whole, cut meat slightly more than half through loaf into 8 part-slices. Place in ungreased baking dish. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon mustard between every other cut. Cut 4 pineapple slices in half. Insert half-slice in each cut; top loaf with remaining half-slice. Insert whole cloves in pineapple, if desired. Sprinkle brown sugar over pork. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
