Pan-Fried Sausage Links

Serves: 5

1 pound pork sausage
1/3 cup water


In medium to large skillet, arrange sausage links to cover bottom of pan. Add water and bring to boil over medium heat. Immediately lower heat, cover pan, and steam 5 to 10 minutes. Remove lid continue to cook until water cooks away, then cook and turn until sausage links brown on all sides. Serve hot.
