Baked Squash

Ingredients

2 squash (Acorn or Hubbard)
salt
1 1/2 tablespoons nutmeg + 2 teaspoons

Directions:

Wash squash and cut them in half. Spoon out seeds and fibers from the cavities. Place squash cut side down on a pan and bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven, turn squash right side up. Season with salt and nutmeg on the cavity. Return to oven and bake another 1/2 hour.
