(Green Grapes with Sour Cream) Grønn Drue med Rømme

   1 quart green seedless grapes washed and stemmed
   1 cup sour cream
   1/3 cup brown sugar firmly packed or to taste


Divide grapes into individual dessert dishes. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Note: The sour cream and brown sugar can be mixed ahead of time and refrigerated. The texture and flavor become even better after it stands a few hours or overnight.
