1 1/2 cups calcium-fortified orange juice
1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons vanilla-protein powder or 1/4 cup orange yogurt
3 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into glasses.

This smoothie is a great choice during chemotherapy when you may be experiencing nausea, vomiting or diarrhea or having difficulty chewing. Staying well-hydrated can be half the battle.
