Easy Chicken Nuggets

   4 cups Whole Grain Total®, Wheaties®, or Total® Corn Flakes cereal
   1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
   1/2 cup Italian dressing or honey mustard sauce


1. Heat oven to 425°. Spray jelly roll pan, 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch, with cooking spray. Place cereal in plastic bag or between sheets of waxed paper; crush with rolling pin (or crush cereal in blender or food processor). Place cereal in bowl or plastic food-storage bag.

2. Dip chicken pieces into dressing, then roll in cereal. Place in pan.

3. Bake about 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
