A NOTE from DR. GHOSH
Tea has long been linked to relaxation. Chai, popular in India, is black tea mixed with fragrant spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, milk and a sweetener. This warming tea is especially comforting on cool mornings. It's also good served iced on warm days.

"I found hot tea to be a lifesaver during treatment it went down very easily. The honey and spices in this tea are very soothing. If black tea doesn't sound good to you right now, use any herbal tea." -Lois K.
