Prep: 15 min; Bake: 1 hr 30 minutes; Stand: 5 min
Either Whipped Horseradish Sauce or Molasses Mustard Sauce would taste great with this ham loaf.
_ 1/2 pounds ground fully cooked ham
_ small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
___ cup dry bread crumbs
___ cup finely chopped green bell peppers
___ cup milk
___ teaspoon ground mustard
___ teaspoon pepper
_ large eggs
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Mix all ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3 or 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 inches.
3. Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of loaf. Bake uncovered about 1 hour 30 minutes or until thermometer reads 170°.
4. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
