(Two 4-inch waffles each)
_ cups Original Bisquick®
_ 1/3 cups milk
_ tablespoons vegetable oil
_ egg
Belgian Waffles with Berry Cream
_ cup whipping (heavy) cream
___ cup powdered sugar
_ cups sliced strawberries
___ cup blueberries
1. Make Berry Cream. Heat Belgian waffle iron; grease if necessary.
2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour batter for waffle onto center of hot waffle iron. Repeat with remaining batter.
3. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Top with Berry Cream.
Berry Cream
1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in chilled large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Fold in strawberries and blueberries.
