1 loaf (16 slices)
_ 1/3 cups mashed very ripe bananas (2 large)
___ cup sugar
___ cup milk
_ tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
_ eggs
_ 2/3 cups Original Bisquick®
___ cup chopped nuts
1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches.
2. Stir all ingredients except Bisquick and nuts in large bowl until blended. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Pour into pan.
3. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour, before slicing.
HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Heat oven to 375°. Use 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup milk. Omit oil. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
