Here's a Mexican cocktail of flavors that makes great things happen with chicken, pork or beef.
___ cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves
___ cup tightly packed fresh italian parsley, with some stems
___ cup fresh orange juice
_ tablespoons tequila
_ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
_ medium garlic cloves, crushed
_ teaspoons minced jalapeño peppers, without seeds
_ 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
___ teaspoon ground cumin
___ teaspoon chili powder
___ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
