Here's a simple marinade that mingles exotic flavors in a yogurt base. Beef, chicken, and fish are all improved when bathed in this beauty.

_ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
_ tablespoon paprika
_ teaspoons minced garlic
_ teaspoons minced jalapeño peppers, with seeds
_ teaspoon ground cumin
_ teaspoon curry powder
_ teaspoon kosher salt
