This flavorful Moroccan marinade is excellent for any white fish, shrimp, or scallops. It's also nice on chicken.
___ cup fresh Italian parsley
___ cup fresh mint leaves
___ cup extra-virgin olive oil
_ tablespoons sherry vinegar
_ large cloves garlic, crushed
_ teaspoon paprika
___ teaspoon kosher salt
___ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
_ to 2 dashes Tabsco hot pepper sauce

In a food processor combine the ingredients and process until smooth.
