Makes about 2/3 cup
Pairing this seductive steak sauce with a juicy well marbled T-bone will send your senses a flutter.
___ cup dry red wine
___ cup ketchup
___ cup dark molasses
_ tablespoons red wine vinegar
_ tablespoon Dijon style mustard
_ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
___ teaspoon chili powder
___ teaspoon celery seed
___ teaspoon kosher salt
___ teaspoon curry powder
___ teaspoon ground cumin
In a medium saucepan combine the ingredients with 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until about 2/3 cup remains, about 30 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
