Makes about 1 1/2 cups
In this saucy little number, mango juice does a tango with other tropical flavors to produce something not too sweet, not too sour, and not too hot. You can substitute apricot or orange juice for the mango juice. Perfectly matched with poultry or pork.
_ cup mangos juice
___ cup rice vinegar
_ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
_ tablespoons soy sauce
_ tablespoons minced shallots
_ teaspoons minced garlic
_ tablespoons hot garlic chili sauce (siriracha)
_ teaspoon kosher salt
___ teaspoon ground cumin
___ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
