This is the best Cajun Rub recipe on the web!!Makes about 7 tablespoons This sweet and spicy rub was born in the Bayous of Louisiana. Rub it on anything that needs a little fire lit under it. _ tablespoon light brown sugar _ tablespoon granulated garlic _ tablespoon granulated onions _ tablespoon paprika _ teaspoons dried thyme _ teaspoons dried oregano _ teaspoons kosher salt _ teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper In a small bowl combine the ingredients.
