Serves: 4 Print this RecipeThe onion and herb-infused potatoes look like they've been oven-roasted. 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion, diced 8 medium red potatoes, scrubbed, quartered 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/4 cup water Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software. Watch and see how easy it is! Heat oil over medium heat in pressure cooker. Saute onion until tender. Add potatoes and cook, turning to brown sides evenly. Add water. Bring to a boil.
