1 16-ounce bag coleslaw mix
4 medium green onions, sliced
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger root or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1. Mix coleslaw and onions in large bowl.
2. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container; pour over coleslaw mixture. Toss until coleslaw is evenly coated with dressing.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Add a twist to this favorite by stirring in 1 cup canned mandarin orange segments, drained. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds.
