Frozen Peach Jam |

Serves: 36 Print this Recipe3 cups fresh peaches 5 cups sugar 1 package powdered pectin 1 cup water Peel and mash fresh peaches. Add sugar mix well and let stand. Bring powdered pectin and water to a boil; boil one minute. Add pectin to fruit and sugar mixture; stir two minutes. Pour into bottles or containers. Let cool; then freeze.
