Chili Sauce

Serves: 30

   18 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
   1 large green pepper
   3 large onions
   1 cup vinegar
   1 cup sugar
   1 teaspoon cinnamon
   1/2 teaspoon allspice
   1/2 teaspoon ginger
   Pinch pepper
   Salt to taste


Grind together tomatoes, green pepper and onions. Add vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, pepper, and salt. Boil until thick; bottle and seal.

NOTE: I still process mine in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
