Taco Salad

Serves: 6

   1 pound ground beef
   1 package taco seasoning mix
   1 cup water
   1 11-ounce can cheese soup
   1 cup milk
   1 head shredded lettuce
   1 cup sour cream
   1 cup fresh salsa
   1/2 cup guacamole if desired
   1 bag Dorito tortilla chips


Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. While meat is cooking, mix cheese, milk, and picante sauce in a small sauce pan and cook until almost boiling (stirring frequently).
