Serves: 8 Print this RecipeBROWN: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef Add and heat through: 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 16 ounces chopped tomatoes LAYER WITH: 24 corn tortillas MIX TOGETHER: 2 cups drained, small curd cottage cheese 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1 egg TOP WITH: 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 cups shredded lettuce 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 3 chopped green onions 1/4 cup sliced black olives Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software. Watch and see how easy it is! Cover bottom and sides of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with 10-12 corn tortillas. Pour beef mixture over tortillas. Place another layer of tortillas over meat mixture.
