After a day on the slopes, nothing warms you up faster than a stimulating cup of this apple drink.
5 apples, cut into eighths
1/4 cup apple brandy
1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
4 cloves
Place the apples in the juicer, and process until juiced; you want at least 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups juice. Transfer the apple juice to a small saucepan, and add the brandy, cinnamon, and cloves. Blend well. Heat over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves. Pour the Hot Apple Brandy into a coffee mug and enjoy.
