You can make this Bloody Mary hotter and spicier by adding the whole jalapeño pepper, but if you do, watch out--it’s murder!
4 plum tomatoes, halved
1 slice lemons, peeled and cut 1/8-inch thick
1/2 (or more) jalapeño pepper, seeded
1 teaspoon minced cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons vodka

Alternate adding the tomatoes, lemon, and jalapeño pepper to the juicer, and process until juiced. Place three ice cubes in an old-fashioned or tall glass, and add the juice, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, and sugar. Mix well. Add the vodka and mix. Garnish with a celery stalk with leaves, if desired.
