Print this Recipe Apples and clementines combined with apple liqueur are a marriage made in heaven. A definite cloudnine experience. 1 apple, cut into eighths 1 clementine, peeled and segmented 1/2 small lemon, peeled and halved 3 tablespoons Calvados, or other apple liqueur Alternate adding the apple, clementine, and lemon to the juicer, and process until juiced. Place three ice cubes in a tall glass, and add the juice and apple liqueur. Mix well. Garnish the rim of the glass with a Lemon Wheel (see Garnishes with a Twist), if desired.
