Print this Recipe Oh, my darlin’! Better than singing about Clementine, enjoy this delectable drink made with the juice from mandarins instead of an ordinary orange. 2 (or more) clementines, peeled and segmented 3 tablespoons tequila 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software. Watch and see how easy it is! Place the clementines in the juicer, and process until juiced; you want at least 1/2 cup juice. Place three ice cubes in a highball glass, and add the tequila. Slowly pour the clementine juice over the tequila, and then the grenadine syrup. Garnish the rim of the glass with an Orange Wheel (see Garnishes with a Twist), if desired.
