Impossibly Easy Taco Pie

    1 pound ground beef
   1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
   1 envelope (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
   1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
   1 1/4 cups milk
   3 eggs
   3/4 Original Bisquick®
   1 cup shredded Monterey Jack-Colby cheese (4 ounces)

1. Heat oven to 400°. Spray pie plate, 10 x 1-1/2 inches, with cooking spray. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.

2. Stir taco seasoning mix (dry) into beef. Spread beef mixture in pie plate. Top with chiles. Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix in small bowl with fork until blended; pour into pie plate.

3. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
