Special Fruited Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 cabbage green, small (approx.1½ pounds), chopped
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, undrained
2 apples (medium) diced
1 1/2 cups carrots, grated
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup plain yogurt, nonfat
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
